Dialogue: Broken plurals (كُتُب، أَقْلَام) in conversation

أَحْمَد
هَذِهِ كُتُبٌ جَدِيدَةٌ.
These are new books. (Golden Rule: non-human plural → feminine singular adjective)
زَيْنَب
وَالْأَقْلَامُ فِي الْمَكْتَبِ. هِيَ جَدِيدَةٌ أَيْضًا.
And the pens are in the desk. They are new too.
أَحْمَد
عِنْدِي كُتُبٌ كَثِيرَةٌ وَأَقْلَامٌ جَمِيلَةٌ.
I have many books and beautiful pens.
زَيْنَب
هَؤُلَاءِ طُلَّابٌ جُدُدٌ. وَهَذِهِ بُيُوتٌ كَبِيرَةٌ.
These are new students. And these are big houses. (Human plural → plural adjective; non-human → fem. sing. adjective)
أَحْمَد
فِي الْفَصْلِ كُتُبٌ كَثِيرَةٌ وَأَقْلَامٌ جَمِيلَةٌ.
In the classroom are many books and beautiful pens.
زَيْنَب
هَذِهِ كُتُبٌ كَثِيرَةٌ. وَتِلْكَ أَقْلَامٌ جَمِيلَةٌ.
These are many books. And those are beautiful pens. (Broken plurals + fem. sing. adjective)
أَحْمَد
الْبُيُوتُ جَدِيدَةٌ. وَالْكُتُبُ فِي الْمَكْتَبِ.
The houses are new. And the books are in the desk.
زَيْنَب
هَؤُلَاءِ طُلَّابٌ وَهَؤُلَاءِ طَالِبَاتٌ. الْقَاعِدَةُ الذَّهَبِيَّةُ.
These are (m.) students and these are (f.) students. The Golden Rule.
أَحْمَد
عِنْدِي كُتُبٌ وَأَقْلَامٌ. وَعِنْدَكَ بُيُوتٌ كَبِيرَةٌ.
I have books and pens. And you have big houses. (Broken plurals with fem. sing. adjective for non-human.)
زَيْنَب
جَمْعُ التَّكْسِيرِ: كِتَابٌ → كُتُبٌ، قَلَمٌ → أَقْلَامٌ، بَيْتٌ → بُيُوتٌ. الْقَاعِدَةُ الذَّهَبِيَّةُ.
Broken plural: book→books, pen→pens, house→houses. The Golden Rule (non-human pl. = fem. sing. adjective).
Grammar Note

Broken plurals: كُتُبٌ (books), أَقْلَامٌ (pens), بُيُوتٌ (houses), طُلَّابٌ (students). Non-human plural takes feminine singular adjective (الْقَاعِدَةُ الذَّهَبِيَّةُ).
