In Lesson 11.1, you learned singular tails — My, Your, His, Her. Now look at these examples. The tail changes when the owner is a whole group.
The singular tails you learned (هُ, هَا, كَ, كِ, ي) expand into plural forms when the owner is more than one person. The new tails carry a clear plural sound: -naa (Ours), -kum/-kunna (Your-all), -hum/-hunna (Their).
Using كِتَاب (Book) as the example noun throughout.
