أَحْمَد
هَذَا كِتَابِي. وَذَلِكَ كِتَابُكَ.
This is my book. And that is your (m.) book.
زَيْنَب
نَعَمْ، كِتَابِي جَدِيدٌ. وَقَلَمُكِ أَيْنَ؟
Yes, my book is new. And where is your (f.) pen?
أَحْمَد
قَلَمِي عَلَى الْمَكْتَبِ. وَبَيْتُهُ قَرِيبٌ — بَيْتُ الْمُعَلِّمِ.
My pen is on the desk. And his house is near — the teacher's house.
زَيْنَب
حَقِيبَتُهَا فِي الْفَصْلِ. حَقِيبَةُ الطَّالِبَةِ.
Her bag is in the classroom. The female student's bag.
أَحْمَد
هَذَا مِفْتَاحُكُمْ وَتِلْكَ مِفْتَاحُكُنَّ.
This is your (m. pl.) key and that is your (f. pl.) key.
زَيْنَب
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ. كُتُبُنَا وَأَقْلَامُنَا فِي الْمَدْرَسَةِ.
Praise be to Allah. Our books and our pens are in the school.
أَحْمَد
هَذَا بَيْتِي وَذَلِكَ بَيْتُكَ. وَبَيْتُهُ قَرِيبٌ.
This is my house and that is your (m.) house. And his house is near.
زَيْنَب
مِفْتَاحِي عَلَى الْمَكْتَبِ. وَمِفْتَاحُكِ أَيْنَ؟
My key is on the desk. And where is your (f.) key?
أَحْمَد
مِفْتَاحِي فِي الْحَقِيبَةِ. وَحَقِيبَتُهَا فِي الْفَصْلِ.
My key is in the bag. And her bag is in the classroom.
زَيْنَب
غُرْفَتُكُمْ كَبِيرَةٌ. وَغُرْفَتُنَا جَمِيلَةٌ.
Your (m. pl.) room is big. And our room is beautiful.
Grammar Note

Attached pronouns (ـِي، ـكَ، ـكِ، ـُهُ، ـهَا، ـكُمْ، ـكُنَّ، ـنَا) are suffixed to nouns to show "my, your, his, her, your (pl.), our". The noun loses its final nunation (tanween) and the pronoun is written attached.
