Counting From 11 to 20

Prophet Yusuf (AS) saw a dream — remember it from the Quran?

إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ أَحَدَ عَشَرَ كَوْكَبًا
"Indeed, I saw eleven stars..." (Yusuf 12:4)
أَحَدَ عَشَرَ = 11

Units part INVERSES gender (like 3–10). "عَشَرَ/عَشْرَةَ" part matches.
20: One word, no gender!
عِشْرُونَ
Exactly 20 (and other tens: 30, 40...) are the same for all genders.
